Customizable AI Avatars by TikTok: is reportedly developing new AI-generated avatars as a central feature of its enhanced Symphony ad suite.
Symphony, a suite powered by generative AI tools, aims to empower users and businesses in creating ads using customizable avatars, according to a report by News Central.
These tools will enable creators to tailor avatars to resemble real individuals. Andy Yang, TikTok’s head of creative product, highlighted Symphony’s launch, stating, “At TikTok, our goal is to empower creators worldwide with the creative potential of generative AI.”
He added, “Symphony Digital Avatars open up new avenues for creators to expand their collaborations with global brands. We’re committed to nurturing the creator economy by investing in innovative solutions that inspire joy, imagination, and engagement.”
According to sources, creators will have access to two types of digital avatars: stock avatars and custom avatars.
Stock avatars are pre-designed using paid actors, offering diverse backgrounds and nationalities and capable of communicating in over 30 languages.
On the other hand, custom avatars can be personalized to reflect a creator’s unique brand, providing options to convey messages or translate content into over 30 languages.
