The guide advises against twisting the ear tips or using fingernails during removal to prevent damage.
Samsung has also addressed the situation through an official community post on its Samsung Korea forum, expressing gratitude to customers who participated in the pre-sale and apologizing for any inconvenience caused by the quality issues. The company has assured customers that it will conduct thorough inspections before the official launch to prevent similar incidents in the future.
