Oppo A3 Officially Debuts: Snapdragon 695, 120Hz OLED, 45W Charging

Oppo introduced the A3 yesterday, distinguishing it from the A3 Pro available in China. Positioned as a more affordable option, the Oppo A3 still retains an impressive design. Featuring a sleek, minimal build, its standout feature is the 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1080p resolution, offering vibrant colors and smooth animations at up to 1200 nits brightness.

Under the hood, the Oppo A3 runs on the Snapdragon 695 processor, capable enough for everyday tasks despite being slightly dated. It comes equipped with ample RAM and storage options, including configurations with 8/12 GB RAM and 256/512 GB ROM.

On the camera front, the Oppo A3 boasts a versatile setup with a 50 MP main camera, accompanied by additional lenses for depth sensing and other functionalities. However, the front-facing camera is more modest at 8 MP, which may not meet high-end selfie expectations.

Powering the device is a robust 5000 mAh battery that supports fast charging up to 45W via Oppo’s superVOOC technology. Connectivity features include WiFi 5, Bluetooth with aptX HD support, and an under-screen fingerprint reader for secure biometric authentication.

Currently available for pre-order, the Oppo A3 is priced competitively at around CNY 1,600 (approximately PKR 61,000), aiming to deliver a compelling blend of performance and affordability in the budget smartphone segment.
