According to the leak, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo will be equipped with the Dimensity 7300 SoC, running Android 14 with Hello UI layered on top. It will offer memory options of 8GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage.

The upcoming smartphone will feature a 6.5-inch 120Hz pOLED display, safeguarded by Gorilla Glass 3, and powered by a 4,310mAh battery. It will boast a quad-camera setup comprising a 50MP primary camera, a 13MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera, and a 32MP front-facing selfie camera.
