Dubai Media Expands Capabilities through Partnership with NEP Group
London: Dubai Media announced on Thursday a strategic partnership with NEP Group, a leading US-based media technology company. This initiative aims to strengthen Dubai Media’s logistical and technical capabilities, marking a significant development in the region’s media sector.
The collaboration seeks to foster cooperation and knowledge exchange across various media service domains, focusing particularly on enhancing logistical and technical frameworks and advancing the growth of the media content industry.
Saleh Lootah, Deputy CEO of Technical Support at Dubai Media, highlighted the partnership’s role in supporting the organization’s mission to cultivate high-quality media content. He emphasized the initiative’s contribution to developing internal talent and meeting Dubai’s and the UAE’s developmental goals.
The memorandum of understanding, inked during the 22nd Arab Media Forum in May, aims to deepen the partnership between Dubai Media and NEP Group. Lootah outlined plans to leverage NEP Group’s digital tools, technology, and human resources to enhance Dubai Media’s broadcast capabilities both domestically and internationally.
This collaboration aligns with Dubai’s strategic objective to establish itself as a global leader in content creation. Saeed Izadi, President of NEP Singapore, India, and Middle East, expressed confidence that the partnership will bolster Dubai Media’s efforts in advancing the media sector and positioning Dubai as a premier hub for global content creation.
