Airblue plans to build the largest flight training center in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Airblue has said it will make a big Flight Crew Training Center in Islamabad. It will have modern Full Flight Simulators (FFS) and Cabin Crew Trainer Devices. This shows Airblue is investing a lot in people and technology to make its airline bigger.
Airblue wants to employ and train more than 200 pilots and 500 cabin crew members at its new training center. The center will be able to train over 500 pilots and 800 cabin crew members every year. This will help the airline work better and also create over 200 new jobs for the center.
The new Flight Training Center will be in a special campus that covers more than 60,000 square feet. It will have Full Flight Simulator trainers, Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainers (CEET), Door and Services Trainers, and fully equipped classrooms and briefing rooms. These advanced facilities will make sure that Airblue’s training programs are really good.
Sadia Mohammad, Deputy Managing Director of Airblue, highlighted how important this project is: “Our future growth depends on us giving really good training to our pilots and cabin crew, keeping up with the highest industry standards.”
