Over 5.7 Million Visitors at Masjid Nabawi in One Week
The administration of the Two Holy Mosques recently reported that Al-Masjid Nabawi saw an impressive number of visitors over the past week. In total, 5,735,016 people visited Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Among them, 527,152 came specifically to pay their respects at the shrine of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) within Al-Masjid Nabawi.
This news follows a previous report that revealed Al-Masjid Nabawi welcomed 281 million visitors and worshippers in the Islamic year 1445 AH. This is 25 million more than the previous year, showing a growing number of people visiting Al Masjid e Nabawi.
The report also mentioned that during this period, 11 million people prayed and paid their respects at the Prophet’s shrine in Al-Masjid e Nabawi, which is an increase of 1.8 million from the year before.
These rising numbers highlight the strong spiritual connection Muslims around the world have with Al-Masjid Nabawi, as more people continue to visit this sacred site year after year.
