The Oppo F27 5G is coming soon, and the Pro+ model will get new AI features next week

Oppo F27 5G was release in June but didn’t include the AI features it had promised for all its smartphones.

Today, Oppo announced that the Pro+ will receive four new AI features on August 22 through a software update. They also mentioned that a basic model, the Oppo F27 5G, is coming soon.

According to the announcement, the Oppo F27 5G will get an update with new AI features. These include:

AI Eraser 2.0: Removes background objects from photos.
AI Smart Image Matting 2.0: Crops objects so they can be used as stickers.
AI Studio: Turns drawings into images.
AI LinkBoost: Improves call quality and helps with better network use.

We don’t know much about the new Oppo F27 5G yet, except that it will have a camera design similar to other models, with one large circle holding three cameras and an LED flash. Oppo is expected to release more details in the days and weeks leading up to the event.
