Realme has recently announced that its upcoming smartphone, the C61, will depart from the iPhone-like design cues seen in predecessors like the C63. Instead, the new device aims for a robust build, potentially featuring more metal elements, marking a departure from the previous C51 model which starts at INR 8,030 (~$96) on Amazon.in.
The C61 is set to introduce TÜV Rheinland’s new High Reliability Certificate, leveraging Realme’s trademarked ArmorShell Protection and Reinforced Glass for enhanced durability, despite retaining a waterdrop-style notch in its display.
Speculations suggest the C61 will continue the C-series tradition with a Unisoc Tiger T612 processor and a sizable 5,000mAh battery, promising reliable performance and extended usage times. This move positions the C61 as a balanced choice in the budget smartphone market, combining durability with practical features expected of its series.
