Realme GT 6 will be released on June 20.
Realme announced yesterday that the GT series is returning to global markets. The GT 6T has already been released in India, and now the arrival of the GT6 has been confirmed as well.
Today, Chase Xu, Realme’s Vice President and Global Marketing President, posted a teaser video on his X account. Look out for the “newspaper” part of the video, which
appears 19 seconds in.
The video confirms that June 20 is the launch date for the GT6. It shows the GT6 with the tagline “Power meets AI,” suggesting that the device will have AI capabilities. This information was leaked from a retail box.
The AI features of the GT6 might include common offerings seen in other phones, such as text summarization and translation, better image editing options, customizable wallpapers, and possibly more. These AI features are meant to enhance the user experience and provide additional functionality to the device.
Realme has planned to release episode 2 of its “Real Talk” show on June 3. This might give us more information about the GT6. Some people think it will run on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. Also, there’s a hint from the FCC certification that it will have a 5,500 mAh battery and support 100W fast charging. Additionally, there’s talk about a GT6 Pro version coming later, which will have a bigger 6,000 mAh battery.
This information suggests that the GT6 might have powerful performance with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and fast charging capabilities. The large battery capacity indicates that it could offer long-lasting usage, especially with the Pro variant having an even bigger battery.
Since the Realme GT6 will be released soon, it’s expected that the GT6 Pro will follow shortly after. However, we don’t know the exact launch date yet. The price for the international launch will probably be higher than in India and China.
This suggests that while the GT6 might have a lower price in countries like India and China, it’s likely to cost more when it’s launched internationally. This price difference could be due to various factors such as taxes, import duties, and other market considerations in different regions.
