With many tech companies focusing on AI, it’s no surprise that Apple is launching its own AI system. Called Apple Intelligence, it’s a new personal intelligence system for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It brings powerful generative models to these devices, allowing for new features like generating images or summarizing text.
Apple Intelligence prioritizes security. It automatically decides whether to process data on the device or through Apple’s private cloud computing server. The system will be free and available on iPhone 15 Pro, iPads, and Macs with an M1 chip or later.
